Hollithron Advocates, P.C. is an immigration law practice in Southeast Denver. We are a small but dedicated team committed to providing the highest quality service to people who need to navigate the complexities of the United States' immigration system.
We are here to help those who need to appear before Immigration Court, have fled harm in their home countries or survived abuse here and now need the protection of the United States government, want to be reunited with their families here, or seek to become citizens of the United States. We can assist with immigration appeals up to and including litigation in the federal courts of appeals or district courts. We also represent, on a case-by-case basis, those accused of crimes in Colorado who could face immigration consequences. And for children under 21 who live in Colorado and have been abused, neglected, or abandoned by one or both parents, we can help with any state court proceedings necessary to start the process for obtaining permission to remain here legally.
